Producer Jerry Bruckheimer Makes An Offer on Guess Founder Marciano’s Mansion

TMZ reports that Hollywood heavyweight producer Jerry Bruckheimer may soon acquire a new $23 million estate in Beverly Hills. While the deal is not yet finalized, Bruckheimer has reportedly made an offer on the property

The 2-acre estate, which is being sold by the trustees of Guess founder Georges Marciano, features a 19,590-square-foot mansion built in 1927 boasting 7 bedrooms, 9 baths, a screening room, a card room, a billiards room, a sunken tennis court, and a pool.
