The newest Surfside development, Surf Row Residences, has just released renderings for their collection of eight private beach homes. Developed by the Linéaire Group in partnership with ONE Sotheby’s International, the new ultra-luxury residential project will be designed by award-winning firm Rene Gonzalez Architects (RGA).

The eight residences will consist of a combination of two-story, three or four-bedroom plans and three-story, four or five-bedroom plans. They will hold 3,500 – 5,600 square feet of indoor space and more than 2,000 square feet of private outdoor living space.

Amenities include a rooftop with a plunge pool, a summer kitchen, two and three-car private garages, and an enclosed front patio and garden. Residents will have access to a private garden, office space, library, meditation and exercise room, humidity-controlled garage, and private elevators. 

A private beach club and property concierge services are being discussed at the time.

Pricing starts at $5.9 million, and sales launch later this month.
