According to the Wall Street Journal, Liongate (an incredible 24,000-square-foot estate) has officially listed in Los Angeles for $65M. The plush 11-bedroom, 17-bath residence is reportedly owned by Raoul Walter, a fitness club guru based in Switzerland that seems to have spent little time on the premises.
The impressive home was originally built in the 1930s by famed architect Paul Williams, and it offers a steel and glass outdoor elevator, a tennis court, an elegant grey flagstone driveway, a large formal living room, French doors, a library, a kitchen with chevron wood flooring, private family quarters, a 3,600-square-foot master suite and a ballroom!
