Footwear fashion designer Steve Madden is known for his billion-dollar empire and snazzy shoe collections. What you may not know about is his seven-year dedication to buying the entirety of a cream-colored townhouse on East 73rd Street. All parcels under one owner, the final cost to Steve Madden and his wife was a total of $7.7 million. Now, he’s looking to sell the place for around $9 million.

The 6,000 sq. ft. space is packed with color and contains six bedrooms, hardwood floors, a beautiful garden, and two gorgeous terraces. When we say “packed with color,” we aren’t kidding.
