Sofia Coppola Puts NYC Loft up for Sale After 10 Years

Sofia Coppola is selling her downtown New York City condo for $2.75 million.

Though Coppola primarily lives in Paris with French rocker and Phoenix-front man Thomas Mars and their children, she has held onto the condo for the last 10 or so years. Records show that she purchased the home—which borders SoHo, NoLiTa and Little Italy—in September of 2002, at the end of her marriage to Spike Jonze.

The property is an L-shaped, loft-style residence with two bedroom suites, ringing in at 1,770 square feet. A key is required for the elevator that takes you to a direct entry of a wide foyer. Beyond the foyer lies an open plan living space with 11-foot ceilings and 10 oversized windows that offer a stunning view of the elaborate cupola on top of the famed Police Building.

It has also been reported that the couple dropped over $9.8 million on a nice three-unit West Village townhouse.
