Six Senses has entered a new age of integrative wellness and a new location, Six Senses at Telluride, which will include options to experience the property as either the public, a guest, or a resident. With groundbreaking Sleep and Eat programs, wellness standards are implemented across resorts to give guests the kind of flow where they wake up ready to move mountains. The Six Senses brand was born from the belief that to live is to connect, meaning that experiencing true connection means detaching from life’s distractions to awaken your senses and open your heart and mind to the truth.

Six Senses at Telluride will be Colorado’s first truly sustainable hospitality offering, fusing a world-class food and beverage offering with publicly accessible wellness facilities, a lounge, artist-in-residence studios, and events venues.

Guests will be able to enjoy the property all year long, in any weather due to the soft-scaping and programming through the guest hotel or the residential apartments and condos. Art will be injected into public areas and guestrooms, and throughout the site with the goal of introducing guests to local creatives and to explore the site to discover a series of art pieces that celebrate the wonders of the natural world and the rich history. Open to the public will be the main restaurant, retail, and Six Senses Spa, as well as the hotel bar and signature restaurant (by reservation only). Hotel guests will have access to these as well as a specialty bar, pool bar, Experience Center, Earth Lab & GWSS, and meeting spaces. Residents will have additional access to residential amenities, Six Sense Services, and discounted rates globally.

The new hotel building will embrace and enhance the rolling hills and mature forest through siting, materials, and framed views. The Experience Center is the “connector” to the hotel’s experiences and activities. The Wellness Lounge will be a reimagined hotel lobby lounge with nestled fireplace seating to use pre- or post-dining, or as a casual dining option. The Earth Lab is a place for education and awareness, visiting practitioners will hold their lectures and instructional classes here. Some other amenities will include an alchemy bar, a space to learn about and experiment with the local flora and fauna, a gear garage, and a great hall of food and beverage locations and lounges. Six Senses at Telluride will be a place for various learning events, as well as weddings, meetings, and much more.

The wellness experience is a large part of Six Senses’ brand, Telluride will have meditation, stretching, yoga, Pilates, and HIIT outdoor classes. The Six Senses Spa takes a holistic approach to wellness and will include an arrival retail area, holistic anti-aging center, changing and relaxation areas, treatment rooms, wet areas, a gym, studios, a pool, and outdoor fitness areas.
