Make a great first impression for buyers—inside and out.

It’s just as important to stage your outdoor spaces as it is to stage the inside of your home.

If you’re getting ready to sell, use these tips to give buyers one more thing to love about your home.

✔️Declutter: A clean outdoor space is key to making a great impression. Organize any kids’ toys and hide recycling, trash, and lawn equipment out of sight.

✔️Clean: Now is the time to rake, mow the lawn, trim the bushes, and clean up any walkways that are covered in dirt.

✔️Create an inviting space: Don’t just leave furniture scattered throughout the yard. Set up chairs around a fire pit, for example, to create a defined space potential buyers can see themselves using.
