Hypothetically, if one of your clients was immensely dissatisfied with a project’s end result (even though your design met his or her needs and desires to a tee), what would be your approach to quelling his or her discontent?
Although we met the client’s requirements, I would try to find a solution to satisfy my client. Design is undertaken with a passion to create an experience or mood in a space. When you invest this much in a project, it’s not always just about the financial gain for your business, but about the happiness you create for your client.
