Sandra Fiorenza And Husband Randall Paul Fiorenza Sell Their Fisher Island Condo For $15 Million

Sandra Fiorenza and her husband Randall Fiorenza have sold their Fisher Island condo for $15 million. The buyer, Ajit Jain, is Berkshire Hathaway’s vice president of insurance operations. Sandra, an agent with One Sotheby’s International Realty, represented her husband and herself in the deal. Archie Drury with Douglas Elliman represented Jain.

The Palazzo Della Luna condo is 4 bedrooms and 4,757 square feet. Sandra and Randall Fiorenza purchased the unit for $9.9 million back in August. In just about 8 months, it was sold for a 60% markup. This transaction marks a record for non-penthouse sales at Palazzo Della Luna.

The couple also has a history of developing properties on Fisher Island as it is a highly desirable location for high-end luxury real estate. Sandra and Randall own unit 6895 in the same Palazzo Della Luna building, which they bought in 2020 for $16 million.
