Actor Ryan Phillippe has sold his modern retreat in the Hollywood Hills just above the Sunset Strip for $6 million. The gated, drive-on property features city views and is located on more than a half-acre.

The 7,600-square-foot modern home features five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, according to the listing. There is an “impressively large and appointed master suite”, a 2-story entry hall, a home theater, cook’s kitchen, 60-foot long swimming pool (with underwater speakers), a spa, several outdoor entertaining spaces, an outdoor kitchen, sauna and more.

Phillippe purchased the home in 2008 for $7.175 million following his divorce from actress Reese Witherspoon.
