Robert Rivani, President of Black Lion, has acquired 'The Lincoln' in Miami Beach for $62.5 million, with plans to invest an additional $50 million to transform it into 'Class X' - an innovative luxury office concept. The 'Rivani' will offer a highly amenitized experiential office and retail space, aiming to redefine standards in the industry.

Inspired by global travel, 'Class X Office' will integrate luxury with convenience, featuring amenities such as a concierge, spa, fitness center, salon, and a Japanese restaurant. Designed by Rockwell Group, 'Rivani' seeks to become a premier office destination, enhancing Miami's office design landscape.

Located at 1691 Michigan Avenue, 'Rivani' offers 118,658 square feet of interior office space, with 5,000 square feet serving as Black Lion’s new flagship Miami headquarters. The acquisition marks the largest office transaction in Miami Beach since 2016, with completion expected in mid-2025.
