Rob Zombie Lists Quaint Hancock Park Tudor

Rob Zombie, king of on-screen horror and macabre, recently listed his LA Hancock Park homestead. It’s really not what you might think…the home is actually pleasant, classic and full of charm.

The “Halloween” remake director wants $3.95M (he paid $1.79 for the property in 1999) for this regal abode, and in such a lovely neighborhood, we’re confident he’ll get his asking price.

The space was built in 1924 but features plenty of modern updates, boasting a state of the art kitchen, butler’s pantry, hardwood floors, stone fireplaces, pub room, five bathrooms, six bedrooms, swimming pool, finely manicured grounds, spa and an additional guest house and pool house.

We’re guessing he wants to spend a bit more time in his relaxed CT estate instead, which is equally beautiful.
