In 2017, Pop-R&B singer Rihanna bought a 7,130 square-foot estate in Hollywood Hills for $6.8 million. She kept it for a year before trying to sell it for $7.5 million.

The home itself was built in 2015 and sits on a half-acre near the Sunset Strip. The home has six bedrooms with a private suite on the upper floor that has a spa bath. There is also a home theater and a gym inside the home.

After not selling the home, she then tried to rent it for $35,000 a month. In 2021, she tried to sell again, listing the home for $7.25 million instead. Recently, she finally managed to find a buyer, but for only $6.55 million, putting her at a loss. Thanks to her Fenty Beauty line, though, the loss didn’t hurt her too much.

This isn’t the only house that Rihanna has. In 2021, she bought a home in Beverly Hills for $13.75 million, a condo in Century City, and a home on the beach in Barbados.

Rihanna recently welcomed a son with rapper A$AP Rocky in May of 2022. The singer hasn’t released music in a few years and is focusing on her Fenty Beauty brand which most recently released a ketchup-themed makeup.
