Child star Ricki Lake just sold this private estate (formerly owned by Courtney Cox) to the perfect buyer for a grand total of $8.45 million. Lake’s home boasts six bedrooms and five bathrooms, also providing 5,226 square feet of living space. It seems Lake made a decent profit on the listing, having purchased the home in 2002 for $5.6M.
According to Trulia, Lake enjoyed the company of some celebrity neighbors, including Maria Shriver, Arianna Huffington, Lindsay Buckingham, Tobey Maguire and Betty White.
