Ricki Lake Lists Former Courtney Cox Home for $8.7M

Ricki Lake just listed her lovely LA home (the one previously purchased from Courtney Cox and David Arquette in 2002) for a cool $8.75M. This 1949 beauty features a plantation-style layout, 5,226 sq. feet, six bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a covered outdoor kitchen and dining area and beautiful French doors leading to a Moroccan-style patio.

A bit of history: The Arquettes owned the home for six years before selling to Ricki and Rob Sussman and originally made the purchase for around $2M.
