Rent Ichiro Suzuki’s Central Park Pad

Right-fielder Ichiro Suzuki is leaving the New York Yankees for the Miami Marlins, and he is not taking his $11 million Central Park North pad with him. All 5,400 square feet are back on the market to buy, or to rent for $32,000/month, the way Ichiro did.

Like several of his former Yankees’ teammates, Suzuki was shown the property by real estate guru to the MLB Adam Modlin. Located at 111 Central Park North, the space has six bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, panorama Central Park views, ample entertaining space and a patio.
