Reinout Oerlemans Lists Beverly Hills Home for $14.9 million

Former Dutch soap star and founder of Eyeworks television productions, Reinout Oerlemans, has just listed his contemporary Beverly Hills home for $14.9 million.

Originally designed as a showpiece for an art collector or those who enjoy entertaining guests, the Beverly Hills home is a single-story house situated on nearly three-quarters of an acre. The home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms and includes sliding walls of glass that push back in all the main rooms to bring the outdoors in. Oerlemans’ home is a new build that features an impressive 80-foot lap pool with idyllic panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles, Century City, the Wilshire Corridor, and the ocean.

Interior details include padded cashmere walls and custom treated oak floors. The main kitchen features a fireplace while the outdoor kitchen is perfectly situated for beautiful sunset views.

Oerlemans, 38, purchased the site in 2007 for just $7.5 million, according to public records.

His television firm is responsible for productions such as “The Biggest Loser,” “Beauty and the Geek,” and “Unan1mous.”
