Netflix-featured visionary designs Coral Gables’ newest architectural landmark with refined timeless interiors and amenities
Coral Gables, Fla. Acclaimed interior designer Raymond Jimenez, founder of Raymond Nicolas and star of Netflix’s Designing Miami and HGTV’s Divided by Design, will add his signature aesthetic to the interiors and amenities of the highly anticipated development.

To give the building its soul, Jimenez – who was tapped alongside acclaimed interior designer Carlos Guevara – will design and curate all of the social and shared spaces, including lounges, wellness areas, rooftop retreats, the fitness center, and business lounge. Drawing inspiration from the building’s name and Coral Gables’ Mediterranean heritage, he’s crafting a visual language rooted in arched forms, soft curves, and sculptural finishes, a modern homage to the architectural splendor of the original Alhambra Palace in Spain.

His material palette is both grounded and daring with travertine floors paired with darker travertine laid in a laced pattern, medium-toned oak wrapping curved walls, and custom lighting that evokes classic elegance through a contemporary lens. Matte metals and aged copper add tactile nuance, balancing warmth and restraint in every room.
