QUINT Collection Hollywood, the waterfront 10-home new development with a 12-slip private marina in Hollywood, FL has hired Brown Harris Stevens (BHS) to exclusively conduct its sales and marketing operations.
Located between Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale, the development is led by Miami-based real estate owner and developer Jesús Quintero of JQ Group who specializes in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across Southern Florida. He aims to heighten residents’ lifestyle through comfort and casual indulgence through the high tech home amenities and providing convenience and an understated sense of luxury.
BHS Miami’s Ronn Rubin Glanz, a Hollywood resident for over 23 years and luxury waterfront real estate specialist, will lead sales for QUINT Collection Hollywood. BHS Miami President Phil Gutman, leader of multiple new developments for two decades, will oversee the operations. He joined BHS in 2017 to lead its expansion in South Florida.
“We’re pleased to be on board and launching sales of QUINT Collection with JQ Group,” says Gutman. “They have a proven successful sales history on projects in Miami and Doral and are ready to translate that to the Broward market with this project. We’re very confident the caliber of these homes powered with the sales and marketing reach of Brown Harris Stevens will be a winning combination.”
