Proper Hospitality Is Bringing Its Signature Style To Miami Living With Midtown Park Residences By Proper

Rosso Development, Midtown Development, and Proper Hospitality have recently partnered to create a new structure in the Midtown Miami area. They will be building the Midtown Park Residences. It is a landmark 28-story residential tower. It is the start of a $2 billion 5-acre mixed-use development project. The tower is made to combine community, culture, and integration in the area. The tower will feature 288 residences and a 40,000 square foot tropical pool deck.

The Midtown Park Residences Tower will be the second residential structure built by the Proper Brand. This will follow the success of their Austin Proper Residences. This brand new venture in Miami is Proper’s latest project in their commitment to design-driven experiences and personalized luxury.

Addition to the Miami Skyline

Midtown Park Residences is poised to join the ever-evolving skyline of Miami. The development will also include more than 120,000 square feet of luxury dining and high-end retail. It will also feature two public parks, 8 courts for padel club and racquet ball, and  pedestrian paseos that connect Midtown Park Residences to the Design District and Wynwood.

The seventh floor of Midtown Park residences will serve as the pool deck, but features so much more than just that. It will also hose a wellness hub, their signature restaurant and bar, a yoga and meditation garden, and other wellness facilities including a pilates studio, steam rooms, saunas, massage treatment rooms, and state-of-the-art fitness center. All this while providing an amazing view of the Miami Skyline.

Midtown Park Residences was designed by Naturalficial, Arquitectonica, and the Meyer Davis Studio with visuals and functionality in mind. The residences range from 510 square feet to 1,730 square feet, with select penthouses with an average of 3,150 square feet. The residences include layouts of studios and 1-3 bedroom units. The penthouses have options for private rooftop terraces, private gardens, and even their own pools. Penthouses also feature 20-foot double height living rooms with wraparound terraces to make the most of the sweeping views. 

Each residence is meticulously furnished with top of the line materials such as imported wood porcelain floors, custom Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops, and brass accents. The appliances are also top-tier with products from Sub-Zero and Wolf. The bathrooms will also feature double showers, Hansgrohe brass fixtures, and some large units will also feature freestanding bathtubs.

Midtown Park by Proper residences are priced from $700,000s to $2.7 million, with penthouses prices available upon request.
