Oscar-wining producer Brian Grazer just put down $12.5 million for this Santa Monica estate. The manse, less than two miles from the beach, had been listed on the open market back in late 2007 with a much higher price tag of $22.5 million.
The nearly two-acre estate is situated behind privacy gates and a dense collection of mature trees. With 10,285 square feet, seven bedrooms, nine baths and an amazing lagoon style pool, Grazer certainly did well.
Just before their summer 2007 divorce, Grazer and now ex-wife Gigi Levangie Grazer (The Starter Wife, The Arrangement) listed their expansive mansion in Pacific Palisades for $27.5 million and sold it in March to Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.
