President Obama’s Rental in Martha’s Vineyard Sells

Over the past three years, we’ve seen Obama and his lovely family spend summer vacations at one of the most breath-taking estates in Martha’s Vineyard as a rental and what makes Blue Heron Farm so unique is its spacious land and numerous amenities, such as a par-three golf course, a tennis court, two large homes, a basketball court and horse-back riding facilities. Let’s not forget a swimming pool, several gardens and a 150-year old Pennsylvania hay barn that has been cleverly reconstructed.

Recently, the Martha’s Vineyard estate has been sold for $22.4 million to Norman Foster, a British architect and we’re sure that he will enjoy his stay there, just like the Obamas did.
