Porsche Makes Leap into Miami Real Estate

Luxury automobile maker Porsche is gliding into the real estate sector with its newest project: a high-rise apartment in Miami to be completed by 2016. The Porsche Design Tower will feature 57 floors and 132 units ranging from 4200 to 17,000 sq. ft. and range from $4.5M to $25M in price, reports Realty Today. 50% of condos have already sold.

The building features designs by Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership, massive glass windows, private pools in each unit and summer kitchens.

For those car enthusiasts, the building’s parking system is incredibly futuristic. Your car will be scanned, set on a turntable, put into a glass elevator via robotic arm, and voila! Door-to-door service. The car will then be parked in a rooftop garage. Who can say no to this out-of-this-world setup?
