Pharrell Williams’ Flying Saucer-Shaped Miami Mansion Is Back on the Market

Pharrell

Hit-maker Pharrell Williams has become synonymous with selling music, clothing, and even art, but one thing he has been having a difficult time selling is his 14,000-square-foot Miami mansion.

Currently on the market for $10,999,000, the flying saucer-shaped residence is located in downtown Miami atop the famed Bristol Towers. Due to its circular shape, the two-story penthouse apartment offers panoramic views of Miami’s downtown.

The multi-million-dollar condo, which at one time featured artwork from the likes of Andy Warhol, Takashi Murakami, Keith Haring, and others, boasts five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a movie theater, a kitchen designed by Italian design firm Pininfarina, and an outdoor pool. Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty is the penthouse’s listing agent.

This isn’t the first time Sk8board P has tried to shop this posh pad. The home, which was purchased by the platinum producer in 2007, was first put on the market back in 2012. At one point, the space he bought for a little over 12.5 million was being offered for almost $17 million.
