Whether it be a yard or patio, the top amenities in Houston are beautiful outdoor spaces. Garages are valued by Houstonians too. I am very familiar with the areas that are most desired because I grew up in Houston.
If a listing is close to what your buyer wants (but perhaps might need some upgrades or changes depending on the buyer’s taste), how do you help them visualize what the home could look like with a few adjustments?
I arrange for trades to come in and provide expert advice to my clients when there are cosmetic and desired changes in order to give realistic time frames, pricing and value advice.
What exotic building materials are trending/are your buyers searching for in 2014?
Hypo allergenic interiors, solid / hard surface flooring, organic materials and natural light enhancing design.
