Lefferts, a renowned real estate developer known for upscale properties in Miami and New York City, has announced the development of PALMA Miami Beach Residences. Located at 600 71st Street in Miami Beach, this luxurious condominium tower is slated for completion in early 2026.

The 14-story building will offer 126 turnkey residences, ranging from 405 to 889 square feet, starting in the $650,000s, and includes 8,500 square feet of retail space. Designed for sustainability with LEED Gold certification, PALMA is conveniently near the beach and local amenities like the Miami Beach Tennis Academy and North Shore Park Youth Center.

The interiors, designed by Studio Ramirez, will showcase a modern tropical aesthetic consistent with Miami Beach style.
