Pagani Residences Debuts $30M and $28.5M Penthouses in North Bay Village, Redefining Art, Architecture, and Automotive Luxury

By Allen Bendahan

Pagani, the Italian automotive icon synonymous with design innovation and craftsmanship, has unveiled its first-ever residential project, Pagani Residences in Miami’s North Bay Village. The launch includes the debut of two extraordinary duplex penthouses priced at $30 million and $28.5 million, marking record-setting prices for the area and establishing a new benchmark for artistry and architecture in luxury living.

Crowning the 28th and 29th floors, each penthouse spans up to 12,200 square feet and embodies Pagani’s world-renowned philosophy: the perfect fusion of art, science, and craftsmanship. Personally curated by Horacio Pagani and his design team Pagani Arte, the residences feature exclusive materials and finishes inspired by the automaker’s hypercars, from light oak chevron flooring and travertine stone staircases to bespoke metal inlays and sculptural details.

The penthouses feature private rooftop pools, hot tubs, and panoramic terraces with uninterrupted views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Every detail reflects the same devotion to artistry and precision that defines Pagani’s hypercars.

Residents will enjoy private access to the tower’s waterfront spa, sky lounge, cabanas, gym, and wellness spaces. The interiors, crafted by Pagani Arte and A++, feature custom chandeliers and design details drawn directly from Pagani Automobili’s visual language, such as the brand’s iconic ellipses.

In an unprecedented offering, each penthouse buyer will also have the opportunity to acquire an exclusive Pagani Utopia Roadster “Miami Edition”, a one-of-a-kind creation inspired by Miami’s vibrant energy and coastal tones. Each Roadster comes with a private Atelier tour and meeting with Horacio Pagani in Modena, Italy, where owners will collaborate directly with the Pagani Arte team on both hypercar and interior customization.

“Pagani Residences represents the pinnacle of living and design,” said Mikael Hamaoui, founder and CEO of Riviera Horizons, the project’s Miami-based development partner. “From bespoke materials to private pools and the rarest automotive works of art, these homes elevate luxury into legend.”

Located at 7940 West Drive, North Bay Village, the 30-story tower comprises just 70 residences, each seamlessly blending automotive design, Italian artistry, and architectural excellence. The project is exclusively represented by Fortune Development Sales, led by Edgardo Defortuna, with architecture by Revuelta Architecture and interiors by Pagani Arte.

Residences start at $3.7 million.
