Ocean Insiders and 5iMiami Realty recently concluded a 10-day, three-country global marketing tour.
The first stop was in Vancouver, Canada, for meetings with local broker partner and developer from Sooke Point Cottages. The Vancouver condo market is booming with the Trump Vancouver Residences, which are all under contract except for one residence, prior to the completion of the building at the highest sales prices in Canada's history. On the south side of downtown, Burrard Place launched pre-construction sales the week prior and is 75 percent sold. We feel strongly that Vancouver is a gateway for Asian investment in Miami. We are finalizing a significant local event to showcase Fisher Island and Miami real estate opportunities.
The next stop was across the Pacific Ocean to Beijing, China. Several meetings with real estate brokerages and travel agents confirmed the enormous interest from China residents in Miami real estate. We also spectated the first race of the second season of the FIA Formula-E e-prix race. Ocean Insiders and 5iMiami continued their support of Team China/NextEV. The team's lead driver Nelson Piquet, Jr. is the series defending champion.
The final stop was pre-winter meetings with the sales team at Diamante in Cabo San Lucas. Sales continued at a very strong velocity through the summer. The community made large strides with the completion of the majority of the club infrastructure for golf paths, pools, golf courses, etc. We are especially excited for the new Golf Villas soon to be launched with spectacular dunes and ocean vistas.

The marketing tours and broker network relationships we have nurturing in 2015 have produced a large spike in interest from fresh markets despite the economic trends from the historical South Florida sales markets in Russia, Brazil, and Europe. We are very excited to introduce these fresh prospects to all that Fisher Island and Miami have to offer this winter and in the coming years.
