New York Real Estate: Joseph Gregory’s Mansion Listed for $22 Million

The former president and COO of Lehman Brothers has listed his Long Island home on the New York real estate market.

Joseph Gregory is asking for $22 million for the 10 year old custom built mansion.

The 10-acre property features a 15,000-square-foot main home and a 6,000-square-foot guest house. The main residence features six bedrooms, eight full baths and a seven car garage.

Gregory reportedly has used a seaplane and helicopter to shorten his commute from Manhattan to the waterfront home.

This Long Island home is just one piece of Joseph Gregory’s real estate portfolio. He also owns a ski cabin in Vermont, a Park Avenue apartment and a home in Pennsylvania. Gregory sold a Bridgehampton home to ad executive and MSNBC contributor Donny Deutsch last year for $20 million.
