Mr. C Residences West Palm Beach: A Continuation of the Cipriani Legacy

West Palm Beach will become one of the new icons of luxury in the coming years, as the the fourth generation Cipriani family introduces their Mr. C residential project. With its timeless concept of “la dolce vita,” it embodies a modern vision in the simplicity of old-world elegance and European living.

The Heritage & Story

Rooted in over nine decades of celebrated hospitality, the Mr. C brand is the next legendary step for the family legacy. Especially one that began in 1931 when Giuseppe Cipriani Sr. opened the iconic Harry’s Bar in Venice. Quite quickly, Harry’s Bar became a significant location that captured the essence of discreet glamour and literary beauty. Its reputation for warmth, sophistication, and impeccable service would become the foundation of something bigger than itself. In 2001, this bar was deemed one of the first Italian establishments in over a century to receive national landmark status. It demonstrates much more than just Italian excellence.

The Cipriani family has upheld a legacy of legendary hospitality for four generations, consistently maintaining their “la dolce vita” theme throughout their residences since their first one in 2011. They had their second venture in Coconut Grove, a residential apartment building that sold out. So they are opening their third venture in West Palm Beach, bringing their elegance, luxury, and timeless roots to the city center.

“This project represents the modern interpretation of classic European living,” says Ignazio. “Our goal: effortless elegance, intuitive service and a deep sense of place.”

The Architecture & Design

The Mr. C private residential spaces are a blend of modern, holistic design and European style. This symbolizes the timeless idea of the Cipriani legacy and truly keeps that aesthetic all throughout. Arquitectonica designed the facades of Mr. C, and Meyer Davis handled the interior design. What sets Mr. C apart from its sister brands in the Cipriani portfolio is its ability to reflect the intimacy of its surroundings. For instance, Meyer Davis was inspired by West Palm Beach’s historical sense – a modern design that further captures the history and vibrant energy. The outcome was a building that had a historical sense but a modern design, further capturing its timeless theme.

With 27 stories, Mr. C has 146 private spaces and 110 hotel rooms. Each space is perfectly curated for potential guests, featuring an open layout and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a stunning view of the city. There are numerous amenities, including a signature café, a pool with private areas, a gym, a library, and studio lounges. These amenities all create the sentiment of luxury and a world-class stay.

Why West Palm Beach

“We saw the opportunity to bring a hospitality‑led residential experience rooted in elegance and authenticity to this dynamic market,” Ignazio explains. Seeing the opportunities that West Palm Beach could bring, the Mr. C residence fits all those qualities. The Cipriani brothers envisioned private residences that embodied cultural ideas while also elevating the concept of modern luxury living.
