How do you distinguish yourself and your business from other brokers in Seattle?

I’m able to distinguish myself from other brokers in Seattle through great marketing. I use print and extraordinary photography coupled with my deep knowledge of the market to stand out, and clients feel comfortable working with me due to my 20+ years of real estate experience.

I work with buyers to make sure they understand various opportunities and give them the information to make educated decisions for themselves, and I also cover the San Juan Islands.

What advice could you offer someone beginning their search for a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th home?

While it’s important to do your research, connect with a broker early on to help you fully understand all of the information available. Be open-minded to suggestions and take the time to explore a wide range of properties.

Being a veteran in the business and accomplishing the great sales you have done- what small piece of advice would you give to a new broker looking to do the same?

Real estate can be daunting, but if you are passionate about what you do it will become a defining, wonderful feature of your life.
