The brilliant mind behind Modern Family's witty humor, executive producer Danny Zuker, has decided to sell his home. The executive producer along with accomplished photographer Annette Lombardi bid adieu to their 5,725 square foot Manhattan Beach home, raking in a sum that Phil Dunphy would be proud of, at $10,500,000.

Alluding to the home’s previous owner, Zuker dubbed the home the “Shaq House'' as it had previously been rented by Shaquille O’Neill in his early Laker days. The home also once belonged to Major League Baseball pitcher Ken Brett, the second of four Brett brothers to play professionally. To move the home onto the next owners, Kris Lastition of Strand Hill Forbes Global Properties presented the estate.

The luxurious 5-bedroom, 8-bath home spans three levels and is exceptionally versatile, catering to a work-hard play-hard style of living. The lavish primary suite offers stunning glimpses of the ocean and Palos Verdes views, accompanied by a grand stone fireplace and a lavish bathroom equipped with a soaking tub and a steam shower. The home also showcases exquisite finishes and materials throughout. Noteworthy features include custom white oak and stone floors, as well as beautifully crafted bespoke cabinetry that was added when the home underwent an extensive renovation. After its original construction in the 80s, the modernization added the perfect additions to the perfect location just moments from downtown Manhattan Beach's superb restaurants, shopping, and top-rated schools.
