The late Sheikh Saleh Abdullah Kamel’s stunning contemporary estate has finally sold for $24.5 million after almost two years on the market. During his lifetime, Sheikh Kamel made his fortune working as a banker and financier, controlling a wide range of companies. First purchased back in 2010, the Beverly Park estate was a prominent asset for Kamel in the United States.

John Simonian, owner and CEO of luxury watch shop Westime, is the new owner of the Beverly Park estate adding to the two other multi-million-dollar properties he owns in the area, one being a French Chateau style estate and the other an empty lot. In addition to running his luxury watch shops, Simonian has established himself as a real estate investor having bought and sold multiple estates in Miami, making a sizeable profit.

Both Simonian's newly acquired modern estate and his other estate within Beverly Park were designed by architect Richard Landry. Despite this commonality, the style of the two estates couldn’t be more different.

Located in the exclusive 90210 zip code, neighboring many celebrities and business elite, the property offers optimum security. Back in 2000 when the house was conceptualized by the Landry Design Group, the estate certainly stood out for its modern visionary design. Over the years, the ultra-modern style has become somewhat controversial, which may account for the steep price drop while the estate remained on the market.

The sleek white exterior of the estate extends into the home, accented with light hardwood and large glass windows inviting plenty of natural light to flow throughout the home. Located on 6.79 Acres with 11 bedrooms, 18 full bathrooms, and a 4+ car garage, the estate is sure to impress.
