Missoni to Launch Condo Tower in the Philippines

Italian luxury brand Missoni has invested in its first residential project in the Philippines, a $315 million condominium tower to be located in Makati. The tower is called Acqua Livingstone and will be completed in 2015.

The units went on sale at the beginning of this month, with 25% of the available apartments already scooped up. One-bedroom units start at $82,000. The tower includes a lobby, pool and gym. For a fee, new owners can have Missoni design details and touches added to their properties.

“We brought our colors and our style inside,” Vittorio Missoni said of the new condos. “It’s a happy, positive approach: summer colors, solar colors.”
