Olympic swimming sensation Michael Phelps has placed his 4,000 square feet condo on the market.
Located in the upscale Fells Point community in Baltimore, the three-bedroom sits in a row of elite townhouses with views of the marina from the top floor balcony. Phelps purchased the stylish townhouse in 2007 for $1.699 million; the exact listing price has not been disclosed, noted only as “price upon request”.
With a 6’7” wingspan, sources reveal that Michael is looking for a larger home in the suburbs, but it there’s no word on where he’s headed.
