In an exciting development, Terra and One Thousand Group, developers of Villa—the premier luxury condominium tower featuring Major Food Group (MFG) branding—have officially confirmed the sale of a $4.6 million residence to NBA's Miami Heat forward Duncan Robinson. Robinson, a 29-year-old New Hampshire native, has acquired a spacious three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condominium in the exclusive Edgewater residential offering. Spanning 3,000 square feet, the half-floor residence boasts large balconies with east and west-facing views, 10' ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and custom wood flooring and doors. Designed by Vicky Charles of New York Design Studio Charles & Co., the interior features noble materials such as travertine marble, wood flooring, and soft lighting.

Inspired by MFG's renowned dining concepts, Villa provides residents with various food and beverage amenities, including a residents-only juice bar and coffee lounge, on-site event catering, and at-home private chef services. Residents, including Robinson, will enjoy VIP access to all MFG restaurants, early event invitations, and exclusive privileges.
