The Village at Coral Gables, MG Developer’s newest luxurious residential project, has just released new renderings of their timeless interiors. These come just weeks after opening its remarkable new sales gallery in Coral Gables and ahead of their groundbreaking.

The Village is one of the most highly anticipated projects coming to the Coral Gables exclusive property market. It includes 48 residences and four home styles: Townhomes, Lofts, Villas, and Flats all inspired by the beauty and lifestyle of Seville, Spain.

Units vary in size from two-bedroom flats to four-bedroom townhomes all under the architectural style of MG’s design team, architect Maria De La Guardia from De La Guardia Victoria Architects & Urbanists, and inspired by Merrick’s seven villages. Furnishings will be selected from Restoration Hardware, leaders in design in the luxury lifestyle market.

The development is designed to continue the legacy of the founder of Coral Gables, George Merrick, and his vision for “The City Beautiful.” It will be built with the inspiration of Mediterranean Revival-Style architecture and include gardens, courtyards, and fountains. Common areas will include amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, business center, and pool.

“The Village at Coral Gables will be set as the new standard for a modern luxurious lifestyle, in an efficient and sophisticated layout with ample space, which includes magnificent terraces and stunning balconies, outdoor social areas for a more ergonomic and functional environment that you’ll love spending time in,” shared Jenny Ducret, COO, MG Developer.

The Village will be located at 535 Santander Avenue and spread throughout 17 lots. Completion of the $50 million development is expected by 2024.

The showroom is open Monday through Sunday and is located at 2990 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, Suite 101. To schedule an appointment, call 7868336398.
