A 31-year veteran of the real estate business whose client list is as impressive as her list of accomplishments, Susan Stark is the epitome of the hard-working agent. Stark built her career at Coldwell Banker’s Brentwood West office, where she was consistently honored for outstanding production, earning the lofty International Presidents’ Circle and Elite, and becoming a Previews Property specialist recognized for her excellence in working with multi-million-dollar properties. Stark is also an architectural properties specialist and has extensive experience working with developers and new construction.

In 2008, after 19 years with Coldwell Banker, Susan teamed up with Scott Gibson and Pat Heller to launch Gibson International which joined forces with two other firms, John Aaroe Group and Partners Trust, to become what was then the #1 independent real estate brokerage in Los Angeles and California, Pacific Union which had 50+ locations throughout the state with exceptional reach from Silicon Valley to Silicon Beach. In 2018, Pacific Union joined forces with Compass, which will now provide Susan access to an even larger network of real estate professionals, active buyers, and off-market properties in California’s most desirable markets.
