Meet Randy Roy
A motivated leader in the real estate community, Randy Roy brings years of business savvy and real estate expertise. Most notably in 2001-2005, he managed a full roster of agents at Hilton & Hyland of Beverly Hills, a high-end boutique and the Premiere Los Angeles Affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate. From 2005-2010, Randy was the company manager of Zephyr Real Estate in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. Randy's team joined HK Lane Real Estate in 2010-2017, the exclusive Desert Affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate. Randy was one of the top agents for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, 2017-2018. Today, Randy extends his expertise to his clients as the Managing Partner of Domus Realty Partners in Palm Desert. At this point in his career, he has managed to drive a major portion of his business from repeat and referral clientele. Randy will personally walk his clients through each stage of buying or selling a home. "Communication, problem-solving and strong negotiation skills are all keys that lead to a successful transaction," says Randy. He takes a tremendous amount of pride and gratification in performing at the highest level for clients and always making himself readily available. Randy has made a name for himself in the Coachella Valley area where he has been living locally and serving the desert since 2005 in all aspects of real estate - homes, estates, condominiums and investment properties. "I have established great relationships with my clients, top agents, company managers and escrow officers which have all contributed to my success."
Randy is intimately familiar with the desert where he has been visiting since 1980 - Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and Indian Wells. His love for architecture and Palm Springs Modernism has included two William Krisel homes that he's enjoyed since moving to Palm Springs in 2005 from West Hollywood. Some of Randy's favorite architects of the Palm Springs era include - Richard Neutra, John Lautner, Donald Wexler, Albert Frey and William F. Cody just to name a few. He boasts almost two decades of experience as a Realtor, Company Manager, Investor, Home Designer, Staging Consultant, Managing Partner and as such he understands every facet of the real estate business.
Beyond the office, Randy enjoys giving back to his community through volunteering and contributions for the Palm Springs Animal Shelter, Animal Samaritans, Barbara Sinatra Children's Foundation, Save the Children, Joslyn Center, Evening Under the Stars and Women's Desert Expo. He is a member of Palm Springs Historical Society, Palm Springs Art Museum, Palm Springs Preservation Foundation and Sunrise Country Club. Randy is a former member of Palm Springs Canyon Country Club, Ironwood Country Club/Palm Desert, President of Kings Point HOA/Palm Springs, President of Kings Plaza HOA/West Hollywood and President of Hartwell Employees Federal Credit Union.
