Meet Jennifer:

Jennifer Leong is the Principal and Director of International Development with One Sotheby's, one of the most respected names in luxury real estate developments. She has represented some of the most significant five-star hospitality names and estate homes in the United States. She has an undeniably strong presence and confidence that has propelled her into the rooms of some of the most powerful developers in the country. She has also represented some of the most noteworthy brands in real estate and iconic architects such as Santiago Calatrava and Zaha Hadid and has sold over 18, high-rise developments in the U.S. and internationally.

Jennifer is currently spearheading sales with her team for the world-renowned five-star names of Rosewood Baha Mar and Solterre in St. Kitts. She currently holds a broker's license in Chicago, Illinois, and is also licensed in Florida. Jennifer accounts for $3 billion in luxury new development sales in Chicago, New York, & South Florida. In 2021-2022, she and her team dominated the resale market in South Florida by breaking record sales with luxury waterfront homes and condo sales and being awarded as top producers. In the next few years, The OG’s will support further growth in their local South Florida communities by consulting developers and adding to the beautiful skylines with some of the biggest names in hospitality high-rise developments from Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Palm Beach, The Bahamas and beyond in the Caribbean.

Prior to becoming a real estate broker,  she worked with major B2B tech companies throughout California and NYC. She was the Director of Business Development for E-Loan.com in Silicon Valley, CA, and was a top producer, that in turn, abetted E-Loan.com to go public on NASDAQ. Her work with E-Loan has allowed her to effectively manage the entire real estate financing process for her clients, allowing her to master success in both management and financial strategies. Her name has consistently appeared on “best of” lists for both her real estate production and her personal philanthropic and professional influence. Meet Nicole:

Living a life with the beautiful Intracoastal waterway outside her back door surely contributed to the passion Nicole developed for waterfront properties and real estate in general. Sunny South East Florida has her heart and this native couldn’t imagine living anywhere outside of the tri-county area. There is no nook or cranny left to be uncovered by Nicole as she knows Fort Lauderdale and Broward County inside and out. As a graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nicole integrated her business degree to further enhance her performance as a top producer in real estate and is passionate about sharing this education with those she serves. Nicole understands the appeal and the rush of people to our amazing state and is eager to assist others in getting familiarized with the Broward County community best suited for them. Nicole has put all of her focus towards real estate and specializes in luxury waterfront homes, new construction, and investment opportunities but is also well versed in communities further west as she has assisted many who prefer a more suburban lifestyle. As a fitness and health enthusiast, who loves traveling the world, Nicole is most comfortable when her travels include Italy as her Italian lineage and understanding of the language allow her to feel right at home.

Nicole is also on the ONE Sotheby’s development division sales team for the stunning Baha Mar Rosewood residences in Nassau, Bahamas, and Solterre which is located in St. Kitts.
