Over the years, she has built a client base of billionaires, celebrities, athletes, and high-network individuals, which has consistently made her the Top Producer in the agency. She is currently VP of Sales for the one-of-a-kind ore-construction project, Bentley Residences, which is projected to be completed on the beautiful shores of Sunny Isles Beach, FL, in 2027. Additionally, she holds the most extensive collection of exclusive listings at the Porsche Design Tower, from resales to off-market opportunities and rental units in the building.
Here, she discusses with Haute Residence her journey into real estate and why she chose to work with car-themed residential towers.
Why did you choose Real Estate?
Growing up, I was inspired by my grandfather, who was a senator and a developer in Colombia. I used to watch as he built buildings and apartments, and through him, my passion for real estate was born. My father ran a public transportation company that managed 300 buses in Cali, Colombia, as a little girl my brother and I would accompany him and watch him paint and fix the buses. Through this exposure to mechanics and body shops, my passion for cars grew into me becoming a luxury car aficionado. Therefore, it's no surprise I work with Dezer Platinum Realty at Bentley Residences & Porsche Design Tower, both car-themed residential buildings.
What was your journey to where you are today?
I started off my Real Estate career as a receptionist at a pre-construction sales office, an area of the industry I’ve always had an interest in. Then, in 2014, I decided to get my Real Estate License and have been practicing real estate for the past 9 years. Today, I work with one of the most prominent Brokerages in South Florida and have been the Top Producer there for the past 3 years and have sold hundreds of millions of dollars in luxury Real Estate.
What is one of your favorite client stories?
One of my favorite client stories is when my client purchased $30 million dollars worth of real estate in less than 3 months with me.
What is your biggest success story to date?
I became the #1 top producer in Dezer Platinum Realty.
What makes your market unique?
Sunny Isles is a unique market because it’s a very exclusive oceanfront sector. Its coast is lined with some of the world's most beautiful designer buildings, which carry world-renowned restaurants, spas, shopping, and entertainment.
