Aesthetically charged, but with the subtlety of earth-tones are what Eilyn Cueto and her studio at Sire Design set out to achieve when they were invited by Douglas Elliman to create a chic office space in the South Of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach. Connecting with the understated elegance of the Glass building designed by globally acclaimed architect Rene Gonzalez where the office would be housed, was a top priority from the start.

The lighting displayed in razor-sharp angles creates the perfect dichotomy between the minimalistic approach of black, white, white oak, and cement throughout the carefully curated space. From custom millwork to fritzed glass paying homage to the building’s namesake, the space operating as the home base to Miami Beach real estate top producers – The Carmenate Duchon team and Dina Goldentayer team is not only ethereal and provocative but most of all inviting.
