As coveted One Thousand Museum reaches completion, its management company has recently been revealed. It is Marquis Association Management, an Associa venture.

One Thousand Museum’s developers, 1000 Biscayne Tower LLC, led by Louis Birdman, Gilberto Bomeny, Gregg Covin, and Kevin Venger selected Marquis for its attentive services that match the exclusivity of Pritzker Prize-winning architect, Zaha Hadid’s last project.

“One Thousand Museum’s unmatched and unique blend of art, architecture, location and luxury is going to make it Miami’s most sought-after new address,” said Louis Birdman in a press statement. “We knew from the projects inception that we needed to tap the very best property management firm in Miami and selecting Marquis Association Management was the clear choice. We are excited to partner with Marquis’ President, Mark Blackburn, and his outstanding team who are dedicated to client satisfaction and committed to providing the best management services in the industry.”

The collaboration will enlist the industry’s first Curator of Hospitality to provide bespoke attention to every owner (both on-site and off) of One Thousand Museum’s 83 boutique residences, which sprawl over 62 stories to afford abundant square footage.

The tower’s management will also oversee a slew of lifestyle and wellness options – from spa treatments to fitness classes to an organic food and juice bar. The chauffeur services expand beyond ground transportation with Miami’s first onsite residential helipad, which offers unencumbered access to nearby private airports.

Other high-end conveniences encompass 24-hour security, valet, concierge, and a bank-quality vault.
