Luxe fashion label Marni recently revealed an exotic, vivid furniture installation entitled “Animal House” during Milan Design Week.
Comprised of a series of limited edition pieces, the collection–which includes a range of classic and rocking chairs, one-sided armrests, small benches, and tables–was inspired by rabbits, flamingos and giraffes, featuring vibrant colors and striking materials such as metal and PVC.
The line’s items were all handcrafted by a group of Colombian women who are part of a sustainable work initiative, and a portion of its proceeds will be donated to charities aimed at helping terminally ill children.
