Mark Wahlberg has had a bit of difficulty selling his Beverly Hills estate, but finally, after five long years on and off the market, he’s found the right buyer. The new sale may have something to do with its price reduction from $15.9M to $12.9M.
Wahlberg’s estate has plenty to offer, including 11,500 square feet of living space, a gorgeous in-ground pool with water slide, court for basketball and tennis, gym with boxing ring, screening room and a two-bedroom guesthouse for visitors.
The estate overlooks Benedict Canyon and offers incredible views, so it’s no wonder he eagerly purchased the property in 2001 for around $5M.
