The New York Post reports that 21W20 Flatiron, a residential development described as “ultra-luxury,” is living up to its persona with the potential sale of two penthouses for a combined $27 million.

Priced at $17 million, the first of the two penthouses is the most expensive. The swanky three-bedroom pad offers a living room, a full kitchen, a 75-foot-wide terrace, a fireplace, a hot tub that fits six people, and a rooftop solarium.

The second penthouse is a duplex that also features three bedrooms, over 1,000 square feet of outdoor space, a fireplace, and a spacious hot tub.

Located in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, 21W20 Flatiron was built in 2014, and has since become associated with luxury, sophistication, and comfort. The 15-story residential building features 13 full-floor apartments and offers residents amenities such as a lobby lounge with seating areas, kitchenette, and powder room; an outdoor garden; a pet washing station; and a laundry room.
