Great Gulf has announced Mandarin Oriental Residences, West Palm Beach, the brand’s first standalone residential-only project in South Florida. The 31-story tower will rise along the Intracoastal Waterway at 5400 North Flagler Drive and introduce 87 private residences to the city’s growing Northwood waterfront corridor. Cervera Real Estate has been named the exclusive sales team.

The development will offer a selection of two- to four-bedroom residences, along with two multi-level private villas and a full-floor penthouse. Each home will include private elevator entry and wraparound terraces with views of the Intracoastal.

“Partnering with Mandarin Oriental allows us to create a residential and hospitality experience that elevates the very best of West Palm Beach,” said Neil Vohrah, President of High-Rise Residential at Great Gulf. “This collaboration brings together exceptional design, service and an understanding of what today’s luxury buyer is seeking.”

Architecture for the tower is led by Safdie Architects under Moshe Safdie. Interiors are designed by Studio Munge, and landscape architecture is handled by ENEA Landscape Architecture. The project reflects Mandarin Oriental’s continued expansion of branded residences in North America.

Residents will have access to a rooftop lounge with a pool, cabanas, spa and fitness center. At ground level, amenities include a waterfront pool deck with bar and lounge seating, along with a private beach-inspired setting along the Intracoastal. Additional features include a pickleball court and garden lounge.
