Lyon Cohen Rents Stephen Harris Home After Selling $25,000,000 Property

The real estate market is buzzing after reports that former North American Chairman and CEO of Recorded Music for Warner Music Group Lyon Cohen may have sold his Carnegie Hill $25,000,000 house. After securing that sale, it looks like the music exec is in no rush to make another purchase.

Instead, Cohen is reportedly renting a 4,440-sq. ft home in New York; the four-bedroom, four-bathroom home was designed by Stephen Harris. With four wood-burning fireplaces and a custom wine cellar, who’d want to leave?

The home Lyon Cohen is renting belongs to Chipotle founder Steve Ells, who listed the property for $14,000,000 before deciding to rent it out. The home has a traditional façade, but the back features a unique, modern Zen glass design and a clear view of the Empire State Building.
