This client’s main design requests for his 3,500 square foot apartment, was that it was stylish, had an open layout, and was kid friendly for his growing family.

The design throughout the residence is classic yet modern keeping the color scheme light and neutral with punches of gold, black and lilac accents. Light wood panels clad the columns which frame and highlight the stunning city views. The original floors were stained in a dark tobacco finish to create contrast.

The open layout of the main room is perfect for entertaining. The octagonal dining table, separating the living and family room, is a statement piece that acts as a focal point as you enter the apartment. The use of onyx is further used in the bar and fireplace to tie the design features together.

The master bedroom is special in itself. The combination of materials and textures exude luxury from the padded full height headboard to the custom chandelier. There is an overall sense of calm and warmth in this room.
