What’s the most popular amenity or property feature buyers look for in a summer home?

Being that we live in California, the most popular property features are: a swimming pool, tennis court or beach front property in Malibu!

If a seller was looking to renovate his or her home on a budget prior to selling, what are the top two areas in a house he or she should focus on improving? (Which two spaces—if fully renovated—could boost the seller’s asking price the most?)

The most important aspect of a house is that it feels really clean. If that means a new paint job, consider it a wise investment. Other important areas are always the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as trimmed landscaping. These will always make a world of a difference!
